Brews Brothers Boutique Beers at Creative Arts Gala Show
At Brews Brothers, we reckon the only thing better than beer, is CHEAP, QUALITY beer. So that's what we're about.
At Brews Brothers, we'll help you brew 50 litres (i.e. six cartons of 330ml stubbies) of premium-grade beer using our commercial microbrewery equipment for up to 75 per cent less than you'd pay at the bottle-o. Brewing can take five minutes or just over an hour, depending on how much of the process you want to do.
Our brewing process is temperature-controlled and sterile, for consistently great results. Our beer is then cold-filtered and fully carbonated. We have more than 220 recipes that cover beer styles from around the world. We even do wheat-free beer, alcoholic ginger beer and cider!
No More Chemicals
Brews Brothers beers are all-natural and are preservative-free, so you can kiss those headbanging hangovers goodbye. Since the preservatives in bottle-shop beer are responsible for most of your hangover, after a big night on our beer you'll leap out of bed almost unscathed.
Taste It For Yourself
Don't take our word for any of this! Come down and taste our beer for yourself. We've always got a sample or two on tap. What could taste fresher than beer brewed from natural ingredients?
And check the News section for our next Open Day extravaganza or call Mike with your questions or bookings!
How To Find Us
We're at 31 Wellington Rd, Woolloongabba, five minutes from the CBD and one block from the Gabba cricket ground.
Turn right off Logan Rd (heading north) onto Wellington Rd and we're 100m up on the right, opposite Scotts Metals.
Bunnyconnellen Wines at Gala Art Awards
Creative Arts Spectacular is excited to have Bunnyconnellen Wines as our supplier for our Gala Award Night. You will be able to meet the growers of this fine wine and olive products, and take home some of their amazing produce.
Bunnyconnellen ('convivial pleasures') specialises in the growing and value-adding of premium quality olives for the production of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), table olives, olive related products and other gourmet foods. We also own a small vineyard which helps feed our passion for simple and easily drunk wines. We focus on quality and innovative foods grown or sourced locally by us. Our enduring guiding principle remains; that the better things in life are worth waiting for and accordingly should not be rushed. It's a philosophy you can taste in all our products including our 'Chalk Board' menu, which we prepare ourselves from family recipes and with the finest of ingredients.
Bunnyconnellen Olive Grove and Vineyard was established during 1996 and nestles amongst the gentle rolling hills of the Darling Downs close to Crow's Nest, and it's surrounding National Parks and dams. A relaxed, and pleasurable 45 minutes drive North from Toowoomba, along the New England Highway via Hampton and Crow's Nest, will see you to our front door.
The property's name can be traced back to it's origins in Ireland and translated from the Gaelic, means Connellen's thicket. The old dairy farm was originally the largest in the district having initially been settled in the late 1800s. It is now a less significant 252 acres, situated around our own valley, and planted to 12 acres of olive groves and vineyard.
